Born in jiangsu province, Luo graduated from the Najing Pedagogic University of Fine Arts in 1990. In 2001, he held the solo exhibition in Shanghai Aura Gallery. He currently lives in Hnanjing . His works participated in several group exhibitions: Nanjing Fine Arts College, New Face in 1994; Hong Kong, Convention and Exhibition Center, The lnvitation of Chinese Contemporary Art Exhibition in 1997 Beijing; The 1st China international Gallery Exposition in 2004.
